Public holiday dates can be preset for the year for both NSW and ACT. There is a menu option under Supervision which enables the download from the internet and for manual editing.

The ability to insert RSA and RCG certification dates has been added to employee maintenance. On zero batch files each week the system will print a report showing the names of all employees with a due or overdue date.

Weekly roster reporting by department is available in addition to weekly roster by employee.

DEDUCTIONS THRESHOLD

Allowances and Deductions page on employee maintenance has been updated to accomodate the inclusion of a threshold value for deductions.

The threshold value is the gross value at which point no amount will be deducted. A sliding scale will be used for amounts above this figure. 

A value of ZERO will ensure that the full amount will always be deducted.

eg relative to the figures shown above

a gross pay of $340 would result in a deduction of zero

a gross pay of $396 (340+56) or greater  would result in a deduction of $56

a gross pay of (say) $360 would result in a deduction of $20 (ie  360-340)
